ROOM SERVICE

Upon completion of this module, the team will be able to:

 Manage breakfast and meals
      ◆ Handle phone calls (greetings, identify oneself, indicate
           where the menu is in the room)
➔ Offer and explain:
      ◆ Breakfast options
      ◆ Vocabulary related to breakfast (fruits, breads, cheeses,
           cold cuts, dairy, beverages)
      ◆ Lunch, dinner, and snacks. Recommendations.
      ◆ Drinks and wines
      ◆ Cooking options
      ◆ Food restrictions (diet or allergies)
      ◆ Main courses (chef's specials, recommendations, sides, sizes, dressings, provide alternatives,                               preparation times, etc.)

➔ Resolve issues and manage interaction
      ◆ Manage desserts
      ◆ Basic interaction when delivering and cleaning the service
      ◆ Bid farewell and process the bill
      ◆ Handle inquiries and complains using appropriate vocabulary
