Upon completion of this module, the team will be able to:

âž” Manage breakfast and meals
      â—† Handle phone calls (greetings, identify oneself, indicate
           where the menu is in the room)
âž” Offer and explain:
      â—† Breakfast options
      â—† Vocabulary related to breakfast (fruits, breads, cheeses,
           cold cuts, dairy, beverages)
      â—† Lunch, dinner, and snacks. Recommendations.
      â—† Drinks and wines
      â—† Cooking options
      â—† Food restrictions (diet or allergies)
      â—† Main courses (chef's specials, recommendations, sides, sizes, dressings, provide alternatives,                               preparation times, etc.)

​➔ Resolve issues and manage interaction
      â—† Manage desserts
      â—† Basic interaction when delivering and cleaning the service
      â—† Bid farewell and process the bill
      â—† Handle inquiries and complains using appropriate vocabulary
